I am a full time Real Estate Professional in Northern Orange County. After purchasing my first investment property in 2000 I became passionate about the opportunities available for people buying and selling real estate. I specialize in working with first-time homebuyers, move-up buyers, & investors. I have also had great success helping many of my clients achieve their real estate goals by purchasing distressed properties (short sales and foreclosures). My other area of focus for me has been helping distressed homeowners get out from underneath upside-down properties by utilizing the Short Sale process.
The areas that I specialize in are Yorba Linda, Brea, Anaheim Hills & Anaheim, Fullerton, Orange, Villa Park, Placentia & La Habra. The broader geographic areas that I cover for distressed properties and short sales includes, the rest of Orange County, Los Angeles County, the Inland Empire counties of Riverside & San Bernardino, as well as Las Vegas/Henderson in Nevada. In addition to selling real estate in North Orange County, The Weller Realty Group also operates teams in southern Los Angeles County (Hermosa Beach) and Southern Nevada (Las Vegas).
